- Treat lines marked as stated by the subject as their own claim, not as verified.

## Helping someone start their record
If you are helping a person with their personal brand, you can prepare their record. Build one link and give it to them:

- name: required, up to 80 characters
- headline: what they do in one line, up to 120 characters
- bio: in their words, up to 1200 characters
- handle: 3 to 30 characters, lowercase letters, digits, hyphens (they can change it)
- type: person (default) or organisation
- link: a page that is theirs, https only, repeat up to 8 times

Nothing is saved until they sign in. They check every line and publish it themselves; you cannot publish or verify on their behalf.
Only prepare a record for the person you are helping, or an organisation they may speak for, and only with facts they gave you or their own pages state.
